Your role

As Senior Strategic Project Manager – Marketplace, you’ll be the operational control tower of our staffing marketplace “Le Pool” — already delivering 10,000+ missions every month with a community of 60,000 caregivers.

Your mission: ensure a sustainable supply-demand balance, anticipate friction points, activate growth levers, and make the Marketplace a core pillar of Hublo’s SaaS platform.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role at the intersection of Sales, Ops, Product, Data, and Marketing.

Your mission

1️⃣ Steer marketplace performance 
  • Define and monitor key KPIs (supply-demand balance, engagement, satisfaction).
  • Spot imbalances early and implement corrective action plans. 
2️⃣ Boost demand (healthcare facilities)
  • Analyze market opportunities and refine Hublo’s commercial positioning. 
  • Support Sales & Customer Success to improve adoption and secure long-term usage. 
  • Challenge current practices and test new go-to-market approaches.
3️⃣ Engage and grow supply (caregivers) 
  • Identify and activate levers to engage and retain caregivers. 
  • Work with Product to enhance caregiver experience and reduce friction. 
  • Leverage Marketing & AI-driven tools to personalize, automate, and improve the caregiver journey.
4️⃣ Drive cross-functional impact 
  • Act as the interface across Ops, Sales, CS, Product, Data, and Marketing. 
  • Provide clarity, prioritization, and alignment across teams. 
  • Champion the voice of both caregivers and facilities to shape product and strategic roadmaps.

    As Senior Strategic Project Manager, you’ll directly shape how caregivers find work and how facilities secure reliable staff.

    What we're looking for

    • Staffing marketplace or SaaS scale-up experience where supply-demand balance is critical (mobility, delivery, staffing, HRtech).
    • Proven track record in project management / BizOps / Strategy, working across Sales, Ops, Product, and Marketing.
    • Strong data skills (dashboards, SQL, marketplace metrics) — you know how to measure and act.
    • Comfortable with automation and AI tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
    • Strategic problem solver with the ability to prioritize, challenge, and align stakeholders.
    • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
