That’s why we created the Hubcycle Academy — a six-month accelerated career program for ambitious graduates ready to dive into the real world of business and make an impact from day one.

Forget theory — this is hands-on learning, startup style.

During your journey, you’ll rotate through Project Management, Sales, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality, discovering how innovation, agility, and collaboration power everything we do at Hubcycle.

You’ll work side by side with our teams, learning the full 360° of our business — from developing new products to bringing them to market. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow, and you’ll be coached, mentored, and pushed to reach your full potential.

After six months, the best talents will take on full-time roles in Sales or Sourcing, joining the team as key players in Hubcycle’s next growth chapter.

This is more than a trainee program — it’s your fast track to impact, ownership, and growth in one exciting circular economy startup.

Must-Haves 

• Recent graduates with a degree in food engineering
• French or English. No problem, you master both of them. 
• You are familiar with the Art of Prospection, you enjoy all aspects of this special game,

Salary & conditions

• Contract : Permanent Full-time 
• Workplace : Avignon (South)
• Work from home : 2 days/week after after the 6 months training programme once in the role
• Salary : from 30k€ to 35k€ + attractive bonus scheme
