The Head of ClientOps will be responsible for the entire O2C cycle and the management of a 22+ people team (including 4 team leaders). This critical role embraces 1/ efficient sale administration missions (billing operations, PO management) and 2/Cash allocation and collection. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and work closely with other department senior Managers (Sales, Product, Tech, Data, Customer Support) to meet the company's objectives.
Manage and grow the ClientOps teams by overseeing hiring, fostering professional development, training team leaders, and providing inspirational leadership.
Represent ClientOps in stakeholder meetings with Product & Tech, driving product improvements by ensuring the team's expertise is integrated into the development of all Order-to-Cash (O2C) systems.
Collaborate with key internal teams (including Sales, Customer Care, Financing, and Accounting) and clients to streamline processes, resolve exceptions, and enhance the overall customer journey.
Take full ownership of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, continuously seeking and implementing improvements from initial client setup through to final cash collection and bad debt recovery.
Actively support the team in daily collection activities while identifying and implementing process optimisations to improve efficiency and results.
