WHO WE ARE?

HOPSCOTCH-SEASON is an international communication and marketing agency specialising in F&B and Lifestyle. The agency partners with companies, brands, communities, and institutions to develop and refine their communication and influence strategies.
With a team of 250 multi-cultural experts positioned in key markets, closely monitoring trends and maintaining strong local connections, the agency operates across 63 countries. It delivers consultancy and bespoke strategies, including digital and social media activation, shopper experience, public relations, brand content creation, and event management.

MISSIONS

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Client Service Director and the team in executing various B2B and B2C projects in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia. Your key responsibilities will include:

Marketing & Project Support
• Help coordinate PR, events, and trade campaigns.
• Prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor F&B trends.
• Assist in developing strategic recommendations for clients and campaigns.
• Support project implementation through production, brief writing, supplier management, and reporting.
• Contribute to digital marketing efforts, including social media management and content creation.

Event & Operational Support
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics and on-site coordination.
• Manage supplier research, negotiation, and budget tracking.
• Ensure smooth operational execution of marketing campaigns


Preferred experience

Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of strategic marketing, digital marketing, and communication channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience or interest in the food, drinks, and hospitality industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Basic budgeting and cost-management skills.

CONDITIONS

• Contract: Internship
• Location: Sidney
• Availability: 6 months (mid-August – mid-February 2026, flexible start dates)
• Candidates must hold a valid visa for the entire duration of the internship (e.g., Working Holiday Visa).
This role follows a hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work
