Your future team

As part of our Office Management team, you will ensure that our Bordeaux office and other offices in the region are always up to our standards, functional, and welcoming for our employees. You will support the expansion and improvement of our offices, place orders, and assist regional teams with various administrative and organizational tasks. Additionally, you will help plan internal and external events, contributing to an exceptional workplace experience for everyone.

Your role in this journey

  • Ensure that our office in Bordeaux is always tidy, functional, and provides the best experience for our employees.
  • Support the expansion of our offices in the region and work to improve standards at the existing locations.
  • Regularly visit and spend time working from other offices in the region (up to 6 times per year)
  • Keep track of and organize our equipment; manage repairs and claims.
  • Manage SIM cards and mobile phone lines for the entire region.
  • Support the organization of internal and external events and caterings.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including booking business trips.
  • Proactively suggest and implement solutions to improve our office setup and processes.
  • Support different projects for the Talent & Organization team, Finance team, and others as needed.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Possibility to work between 28 and 32 hours per week, spread across 4 days (Monday to Thursday).
  • Willingness to work onsite from our office in Bordeaux at least 3 days a week.
  • Availability to travel up to 6 times per year.
  • Previous experience in team assistance, facility management, office management, or a similar field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Helpful and independent working style.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, willingness to help others, and ability to go the extra mile when needed.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Near-native level of French and very good command of English, both written and spoken.
