The Highspot Sales team

The Highspot Sales team continues to succeed because of the support each team has for one another. They want everyone to learn, grow and win together. Our Guiding Principals help us stay focused on our mission, a few of them being, All In, Collaborate Across All Boundaries, Be A Learn It All, Not A Know It All.

Our mission is to transfrom the way millions of people work, and our Sales team is the driving force to accomplish that.

I joined Highspot above all for the culture, the people and that the founders of Highspot are still present. We feel this closeness, this direct access to our founders, allowing us to have a real impact on the culture and be integral in building out what that looks like.

Our Services team, are here to help implement customers on the platform and set them up for success. Daily, they are delighting our customers with every interacting.

In Services, you'll get to interact with our amazing customers and work as a team full of smart, collaborative and creative people who are going to push you to do your best work.

The Account Development team

The Account Development team is responsible for creating a strategic account penetration plan to identify and create qualified sales opportunities within target accounts. The team also manages inbound lead activity, qualifying active buying interest and developing opportunities in prospect accounts.

Theres no limit to the career opportunities, with a structured career path within Sales Organization the leaders are setting you up for success on day 1.
