That is why we’re looking for a Head of Tech & Dev Advocate to join our team.

This role is a unique blend of strategic prototyping and tech evangelism. You’ll help shape how we build—and how we tell the story.

- You’ll turn bold ideas into testable products, using the latest tools and frameworks.

- And you’ll turn what we build into influence, through content, community, and visibility.

It’s 50/50: one feeds the engine, the other builds the brand. You’re not behind the scenes—you’re shaping both the product and the narrative!

1️⃣ Build — Prototype at speed (50%)

🎯 Turn early ideas into tangible startup prototypes

• You’ll work closely with our Partners and PMs to challenge ideas, structure early-stage projects, and, occasionally, prototype them when it creates strong leverage.

• Your main focus: coach, accelerate, and de-risk early product thinking—more than building every prototype yourself.

• Use AI tools, no-code/low-code, and fast frameworks.

• De-risk ideas, generate conviction, attract Founders.

  🎯 Build internal tools to empower Hexa

• Create products that help Hexa Core team build faster and smarter.

• This is where you’ll be most hands-on: you’ll build internal products that empower the whole Hexa ecosystem to move faster and smarter.

• Think AI ideation tools, onboarding flows, dev kits, reusable components—and beyond.

2️⃣ Evangelize — Amplify Hexa’s tech voice (50%)

• Some of the best stories will come from what you’ve built yourself! Make Hexa’s tech vision visible and inspiring.

• Create compelling content: demos, blog posts, and talks.

• Show how we build, and why it matters.

  🎯  Connect with the tech ecosystem

• Act as Hexa’s ambassador to top builders.

• Build presence on GitHub, LinkedIn, Discord, etc.

• Engage dev communities and open-source contributors.

  🎯 Animate our internal tech network

• Energize the Tech Founder community.

• Foster connections among current & alumni CTOs.

• Bridge internal and external builders.

• You build fast — You’ve shipped real things, solo or in small teams.

• You’re fluent in code and storytelling — You prototype and pitch with equal ease (through compelling content, events, thought leadership, and deep technical expertise)

• You thrive in the unknown — No brief? No team? No problem!

• You’re plugged into the ecosystem — AI, devtools, OSS—you’re part of the conversation.

• You know when to build, and when to empower others to go faster—you’re a sparring partner as much as a maker.
