With our Head of Studio, Florent, we are currently building a brand new studio : 3founders. We simply reproducing the same recipe as our productivity startups, but for web3 products. We are building the fundamental bricks, tools and applications so that companies and teams can fully take advantage of web3 opportunities.

What you’ll do:

Working closely with the founders, you will:

• You will be involved in the ideation process of new ventures led by the head of studio.
• You will work hand in hand with the founders to define iteratively the go-to-market strategy from launching to growing to scaling.
• You will drive the operational work to bring the ventures to market and build early traction
• Once doing the pioneering growth work, you will be involved in recruiting the appropriate team that will be needed to scale the project.
• You will help the team get ready for the seed stage fundraising.
• NB : We are remote friendly but this is NOT a full-time remote position. Members of the Core Team work in our offices at least 2 days/week (75009 Paris).

👀 Our ideal candidate:
We need an analytical thinker who has a strong business sense.

• You’ll be starting from scratch, working with our Web3 projects to generate traction and boost adoption. - You’ll get to co-lead all things growth & sales of our projects at the very early stages of their journeys.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about web3 (NFT, DAOs, Discord groups) and is always looking for unique new ways to reach the target audience.

What we’re looking for :

• 5+ years experience in Growth (working in early stage SaaS projects)
• Previous professional experience working in a web3 startup (either as an early employee or as a founder) is a strong plus!
• You are output driven and have strong execution ability
• You can jump from one topic to another and manage several projects at a time.
• You have great interpersonal skills and thrive in a teamwork first environment.
• You are comfortable in the chaos of an entrepreneurial ecosystem that relies on uncertainty and hypothesis driven decision making
• You are curious enough to constantly learn about the new/next way of doing things
• You are deeply passionate about web3 and convinced of the long-lasting impact that the technology is bringing
