Cohort was co-founded in March 2022 by Séraphie and Nathan. The platform was officially launched in May with our first customers.

Job description
As Cohort’s first Product Manager, you will work closely with Séraphie and Nathan, the co-founders, to help define the vision of the company and build an actionable and concrete plan to deliver towards it
Product discovery
You will work hand-in-hand with the CEO and the business team on customer research to discover pain points and needs through qualitative insights.
You will develop a data-driven approach to understand and exploit conversion, engagement, and growth levers.Product strategy
You will craft the product vision based on data collected from users, teammates’ feedback, analysis, benchmarks, etc.
You will help turn Cohort’s vision into a well-thought roadmap and set of OKRs: you will make sure that we’re building the right features at the right time.
You will create detailed product writings and wireframes to turn those OKRs into actionable features.Product delivery
You will work hand in hand with the tech team to organize the backlog and ensure the good delivery of the features.Product culture
You will help improve our processes to grow Cohort into a product-driven company with iteration, data and user feedback at the core of our culture.
Preferred experience
- You have 5+ years of experience in Product Management and strong interest in web 3 related products and technology
- A previous experience as a 1st PM or in an early-stage company is a big plus!
- Customer-obsessed: you know that user feedbacks are crucial to product development. You have empathy for users, like interacting with them and putting yourself in their shoes.
- Data-driven: you are used to using qualitative (user feedback) and quantitative (metrics & analytics) data to prioritize the roadmap. You are at ease with analytics tools, knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
- You’re proficient in writing product specs and wireframing your ideas, and you’re in charge of iterations with the design team. Experience in Figma is a plus, as this is the tool we use.
- Ownership mentality: you are a doer and have a bias for action, no task is below you. You like to own projects from start to finish.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in fast-paced environments where you have broad responsibilities. You are ambitious and want to take part in developing a world-class product and company.
- Outstanding communication skills: you communicate easily with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
