We are looking for a Business Associate to support the structuration of and execute the Go to Market Strategy. As a first employee, you will have the opportunity to work on strategy, growth, partnerships and sales directly with the Co-Founder and CEO. Working hand in hand with the founders will give you access to a unique work experience: get immersed in the startup creation process, face and solve strategic and practical business challenges, get a central role in the exciting early stages of a company, work closely with tech, product, and marketing teams.
Your responsibilities as Business Associate :
Support the ongoing structuration and adjustment of the Go to Market Strategy
Support the structuration of the international expansion (first focus Belgium, Germany)
Expand and automatize lead generation and qualification across channels (creating inbound conversion funnels, leading outbound prospection, creating a product-led growth motion)
Identify and build the relevant partnerships to conquer the ecosystem on prioritized asset classes (with lawyers, incubators, clubs of BA)
Recruit and coordinate with the content marketing team (freelances) to execute the marketing strategy (already shaped/defined)
Support building of company and commercial/partnership presentations
Build and manage events to connect with our ecosystem
On an ad hoc basis conduct sales calls to support business expansion
Ensure a continuous business watch to always have an up-to-date competitive landscape

Education: You graduated from a top business or engineering school
Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in challenging environments/business development positions (e.g VC firms, high growth start-up)
Language: You speak French and English perfectly
Interest: You have experience or a genuine interest in angel investing, private investment and the venture capital /private equity world.
Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in fast-paced environments where you have broad responsibilities
Ownership mentality: you are a doer and have a bias for action, no task is below you
Organization skills: you know how to prioritize and split your tasks efficiently.
