Your Ownership ? 💪

As a member of the spain founding team, you will have a key role in Hero’s international expansion. You will work closely with the account executive based in Barcelona to make the launch a success.
Are you up for the challenge ? 🚀

As the 1st SDR, your missions will be to :

  • Identify the most relevant segments and sources of prospecting in coordination with the growth marketing team
  • Be an actor in the prospecting strategy
  • Qualify outbound & inbound leads and assess whether they are interesting for Hero
  • Execute and create prospecting sequences
  • Cold call a large number of prospects to obtain meetings based on the collection of key information and needs
  • Coordinate with the account executive
  • Monitor your lead portfolio and report regularly to your manager

Preferred experience

  • Graduate of an engineering or business school, you have at least 6 months of experience in sales, with very good prospecting / cold call skills
  • Hunter’s soul : you are resilient, if the door is closed, you go through the window !
  • Good pitcher : you are not afraid to pick up the phone to talk to c-level members
  • Entrepreneurial mindset : you love to start from a blank of sheet and think out of the box
  • Doer : you are able to get your hands dirty with the ambition to lift mountains
  • Data driven : you never lose sight of your goal and give yourself all the means to achieve it
  • Agile and flexible : you adapt easily to fast-track environment
  • Passionate about Tech , and more particularly about the world of fintechs
  • Speak english and spanish fluently
  • Based in Barcelona

  • Salary : between 25k and 28k gross annual fixed salary + a variable of 14k gross/ year
