Position OverviewAs a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting the accounting operations and financial reporting to ensure accurate financial information are recorded according to group policies and procedures in a timely manner. You will lead finance-related projects aimed at improving processes and efficiency.Responsibilities

• Support on accounting operations mainly focus but not limited to general ledger and inventory
• Prepare and review month-end closing, reconciliation and supporting schedules
• Handle stock purchases status with relevant parties
• Prepare stock analysis report
• Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
• Assists the department to establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
• Monitors and reviews accounting and related system reports interface in accurate and timely manner
• Resolves accounting discrepancies
• Recommends, develops and maintains financial data base, computer software systems and filing systems.
• Prepare closing schedule, report and analysis and management account
• Interacts with internal and external auditors in completing group audit, statutory audit and tax reporting
• Develop, maintain, and improve financial templates to enhance reporting efficiency
• Manage finance-related projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy or other related disciplines with recognized professional accounting qualifications (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent certification)
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in similar capacity.
• Patient, initiative, detail oriented with focus on accuracy and strong sense of responsibility
• A good team player and able to work independently. Well-organized and good time management in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadline
• Solid knowledge of finance and accounting concepts
• Proficient in MS Office especially in excel and knowledge on ERP systems, SAP experience is preferred
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
