About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and professional individual to serve as both the welcoming face of our organisation and the trusted right hand to our executive team. This dual role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing front-desk responsibilities with high-level administrative support.Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk & Reception
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage a busy multi-line phone system and direct inquiries efficiently.
- Oversee incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
- Maintain a polished and organised reception area that reflects our brand.
- Executive Support
- Provide proactive calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel for executives.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials with accuracy and discretion.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, board meetings, and executive projects.
What We're Looking For: - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling tools.
- A polished, professional demeanour and a customer-focused mindset.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or executive assistant preferred.
