CRM Analyst

Join our team as a CRM Analyst, where you will improve the quality of customer data, devise action plans to enhance client recruitment and retention, generate monthly reports, and coordinate the implementation of action plans. You will also assist in the development of strategies and tools to support the retail team and support E-Commerce in identifying customers and patterns. A Bachelor's Degree, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and BI tools are required.

The position

Job description

  • Improve the quality of customer data and work with the retail team to ensure best practice in data collection;
  • Devise CRM action plans based on data to improve client recruitment, retention and development;
  • Generate monthly reports per boutique centred on client metrics and KPI compliance;
  • Collect, organize and analyze data to recommend specific actions;
  • Coordinate the implementation of action plans based on performance analysis;
  • Organizing interdepartmental projects;
  • Assist in the development of strategies and tools to support the retail team in achieving the best commercial results, covering training and observation;
  • Support E-Commerce to identify customers and patterns to drive better strategies.
Requirements & Capabilities:
  • Bechelor's Degree or above;
  • Strong analytical skills, experience in producing high-level client analysis is a must;
  • Great capacity of leading and organizing multiple projects with great attention to detail;
  • Strong business thinking and sensitivity to new trends in the market;
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skill, effective and persuasive;
  • Fluent in oral and written English and Portuguese;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI and/or IBM Cognos);
  • Desirable knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.).
