About this Position 


What you´ll do

  • Serve as the lead technical expert for constructors of cleaning machines(EU region), customers within the Marine Industry and the Railway Market(Western Europe)
  • Identify customer pain points and convert them into actionable technical solutions
  • Provide hands-on support via email, phone, and on-site visits
  • Own and resolve customer technical requests directly
  • Organize and deliver technical training, especially for dedicated “Cleaner Champions”
  • Act as the go-to contact for Cleaner Champions across Europe
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Sales and customers to align technical roadmaps. Lead product certification processes with relevant authorities (e.g., marine approvals)
  • Support Business Development and Sales in scaling existing accounts and expanding into new markets

  • Engineer/Bachelor/Master’s
