YOUR ROLE

  • Reporting to the Plant Manager, you ensure the efficient organization of the secretariat of the Drogenbos production site.
  • You oversee agenda coordination and proper administrative follow-up.
  • You plan and assist to specific meetings and events (incl. taking minutes), for example the safety committee and management meetings.
  • You are responsible for professional communication and translations in English, Dutch and French.
  • You coordinate the requests for IT equipment for the new employees of the production site, as well as purchase orders for office supplies.

Preferred experience

YOUR SKILLS

  • You have proven experience in a similar function (Administrative Assistant, Plant Management Assistant, Business Support, etc.)
  • Preferable: You have a degree/training in Office Management, Administration, or related.
  • You area Dutch native speaker, with strong written and verbal skills in both French and English.
  • You are an independent user of the Office package: you can make presentations in PowerPoint and know your way around Word and Excel.
  • You are not afraid of learning new tools and systems (SAP, Procurement, etc.).
  • You are result-oriented, communicative and organized.
