The role : 

As a Middle Mile Manager for France and Benelux, you will be responsible for our transport operations. Your main mission? Manage our Middle Mile from A to Z, including budget scoping & tracking, stakeholder management and organizing the transportation of our boxes from our production centers to our logistics hubs and those of our external last mile partners. You’ll play a key role, as thousands of customers rely on you to receive their delicious HelloFresh Box every week.

You will… 

  • Be accountable for the costs and operational performance of our transport partners
  • Manage partner relationships end-to-end: build and monitor transport KPIs, conduct performance reviews, validate transport-related invoices, and own budget planning
  • Structure our carrier relationships by leading tenders and managing contracts
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams (production, logistics, and transport planning) and external partners (carriers and last mile delivery partners)
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve delivery experience for our customers

You have…

  • A degree in Transport/Logistics or Procurement, or 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and rigor
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-player attitude
  • A proactive and positive approach, tackling challenges without hesitation
  • Advanced Excel skills, SQL is a plus!
  • Fluency in French and strong proficiency in spoken and written English

Your first days @HelloFresh: 

When you arrive, the first few days are devoted to onboarding sessions: privileged meetings with each of our managers to get to grips with how HelloFresh works. You'll also have time to get to know your team before diving right in!
