As Hello Tomorrow blooms, we are looking for an Event & Platform Experience Intern who will ensure a seamless experience for attendees through effective ticketing and mobile app management of the biggest deep tech event in Europe.
You will be part of the Ecosystem & Events team and we are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, rigorous, comfortable with managing technology integration, curious and eager to learn.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
More precisely, reporting to our Event Manager you will:
Ticketing Platform
Answering emails from attendees.
Generating promo codes and following up on tickets booked by the partners.
Operating the attendee lists for side events.
Preparing weekly data analysis of the tickets and attendees.
Mobile Application
Our Global Summit and Deep Tech Days attendees will be equipped with a mobile app and your role will be to help prepare and upload all the content that they need in it, this will be done with the support from your Manager
Supporting the app configuration and setup.
Creating a tutorial for exhibitors and partners, using materials and data from previous events.
Attendees mapping: synchronizing the attendees’ information from the registration platform to the mobile application.
Updating information: attendees, speakers, program, partners, logos, exhibitors, etc.
Setup & Dismantling the Summit
Participating in setting up the event according to plans
Dismantling: helping gather all team things before enjoying the closing party
At the Summit
Answering any questions about the mobile app and liaising with the company in charge in case of any bugs or issues.
Liaising with the AV team in case any technical issues arise.
Positioned at the welcoming, you will help attendees in case of issues with their tickets, answer their questions and guide them to solutions.

YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES
You are interested in mastering the back office of apps
You have a background and/or strong interest in both deep tech and the startup ecosystem
A background in MSc in Business, Information Technology, Event Management, or a related field will help you to be successful in this job
You have a proven track record of managing event logistics and data analysis
Experience in mobile application management and customer support is a plus
YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS
You are eligible to receive a French “convention de stage”.
You must be available from October 2024 until the end of March 2025.
You are fluent in French AND English.
You are curious and looking for information is second nature for you.
You are solution-oriented, logical and comfortable with new technologies.
You have great interpersonal skills
You have excellent communication skills and are able to adapt easily according to the audience
You’re very well-organized and rigorous.You know your way around the G Suite (Google docs, sheets, etc.) and are good with Excel.
Previous experience in configuring an app is a plus (but not mandatory, as long as you are keen to learn).
You are curious, open-minded, collaborative, humble, and strive for excellence
