As Hello Tomorrow is expanding to Amsterdam, we are looking for an Event Platform & Experience Intern who will support the Ecosystem & Events team in making sure attendees have a smooth and enjoyable experience at the Hello Tomorrow Summit, one of Europe’s biggest deep tech events that is moving to Amsterdam for the first time!
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
More precisely, reporting to our Global Events Manager you will:
Ticketing Platform
Answer emails from attendees.
Generate promo codes and follow up on tickets booked by the partners.
Operate the attendee lists for side events.
Prepare weekly data analysis of the tickets and attendees.
Create Tickets for Volunteers and Speakers in collaboration with the events assistant.
Make sure all speakers are properly registered on the ticketing platform.
Mobile Application
Our Summit and Deep Tech Days attendees will be equipped with a mobile app and your role will be to help prepare and upload all the content that they need in it, this will be done with the support from your Manager.
Support the app configuration and setup.
Create a tutorial for exhibitors and partners, using materials and data from previous events.
Attendees mapping: synchronizing the attendees’ information from the registration platform to the mobile application.
Update information: attendees, speakers, program, partners, logos, exhibitors, etc.
Create profiles and make sure all speakers have their profile on the app.
Setup & Dismantling the Summit
Participate in setting up the event according to plans.
Dismantle: helping gather all team things before enjoying the closing party.
At the Summit
Answer any questions about the mobile app and liaise with the company in charge in case of any bugs or issues.
Liaise with the Audio Visual team in case any technical issues arise.
Positioned at the welcoming, you will help attendees in case of issues with their tickets, answer their questions and guide them to solutions.
Post Summit
Logistics
Working with the rest of the team, you will:
Assist events organized by other departments all along the year.
Support the making-off of the Deep Tech Days and the Summit in close coordination.
Benchmark suppliers and classifying quotes & invoices.
Assist the Global Events Manager and Events Assistant with other tasks that may arise.
YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES
You are interested in mastering the back office of apps
You have a background and/or strong interest in both deep tech and the startup ecosystem
A background in MSc in Business, Information Technology, Event Management, or a related field will help you to be successful in this job
You have a proven track record of managing event logistics and data analysis
Experience in mobile application management and customer support is a plus
YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS
You are eligible to receive a French “convention de stage”.
You must be available from January 2026 until the end of June 2026.
You are fluent in French AND English.
You are curious and looking for information is second nature for you.
You are solution-oriented, logical and comfortable with new technologies.
You have great interpersonal skills.
You have excellent communication skills and are able to adapt easily according to the audience.
You’re very well-organized and rigorous.
You know your way around the G Suite (Google docs, sheets, etc.) and are good with Excel.
Previous experience in configuring an app is a plus (but not mandatory, as long as you are keen to learn).
You are open-minded, collaborative, humble, and strive for excellence to create a positive impact!
THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF
You are not at ease with updating the configuration of the existing app, as it will be your most important mission.
You prefer working in a highly structured, routine environment over a dynamic and fast-paced one.
You don’t have a valid visa for the whole period of the internship for France and are not able to travel to Amsterdam for the event.
You are not eligible to sign a convention de stage.
You are not available for a full-time internship from 05/01 to 26/06.
You can’t work in Paris (2 days per week on-site).

Monthly gross salary per month from €1,100 to €1,400, according to our salary grid and according to the level of studies
