Digital Hub Brno is an in-house IT hub with over 200 specialists delivering comprehensive IT services for Heidelberg Materials, one of the world´s largest companies that produces building materials.
We act as an essential organ of the corporation that simply cannot afford to go idle or stop evolving.
To meet growing demands, our IT Security team safeguards its infrastructure and data through proactive threat intelligence, continuous monitoring of emerging risks, and swift incident response.
Apart from securing the infrastructure, we also manage key business applications aligned with Heidelberg Materials' global needs—including HR tools, Business Intelligence, and ERP systems. For example our Workday team specializes in the configuration and technical support of the HR platform, ensuring system reliability, accurate data flows, and smooth user experience across the company.
Speaking of support, our Infrastructure & Operations is the core of our organization, as it ensures reliable, day-to-day IT operations on a global scale. Whether it’s unresponsive servers, network outages, or urgent system issues, our dedicated teams are there. The Service Desk, consisting of multilingual agents lay the groundwork for troubleshooting common everyday IT troubles. Next to them, Global Operations teams provide 24/7 support to ensure Heidelberg Materials’ operations remain seamless and secure—anytime, anywhere.
Engineering & Operation teams, consisting of experienced engineers are developing products and providing support to operating systems worldwide resolving critical, complex, or rare issues.
Besides that, our Consulting & Deployment team orients to customer consultation on finding and deploying the best products & services, transforming innovative ideas into scalable, practical solutions.
And behind it all is a group of dedicated individuals ensuring that every team is well-equipped, well-trained, and well-staffed—so we can deliver excellence every step of the way.
