Our France operations cover a wide range of content production activities across TV, print, audio, luxury, and more. We are currently on a journey to strengthen our operational excellence, foster a data-driven culture, and streamline our ways of working across business units.

Role Overview

As Production Process Owner, France, you will play a key role in driving process and tools transformation, operational efficiency, process optimization, and performance measurement across our French sites (Pantin & Puteaux). You will work cross-functionally with various teams to analyze, map, and improve operational processes, identifying areas for automation, offshoring, and tool enhancements.

This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and operational execution - from assessing practices & processes performance to lead scalability and efficiency levers implementation for operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automation, Offshoring & Tool Optimization
    • Contribute to the implementation (change management, local setup, etc) of global workflows to support borderless production, and the evolution of functional local tools by providing recommendations based on operational needs.
    • Identify opportunities for process automation (including AI-based solutions) and offshoring (primarily to India).
    • Lead the implementation of performance measurement tools and ensure their proper adoption across teams.
    • Stay up to date with emerging tools and technologies (especially AI-related) and assess their relevance for POP France.
  • Process Analysis & Optimization
    • Analyze existing operational processes across business units (TV, print, audio, luxury, etc.).
    • Map processes using methodologies such as process mapping and value stream mapping.
    • Conduct on-site observations (gemba walks) to identify pain points and inefficiencies.
    • Perform value-added analysis and make actionable recommendations for process improvements.
  • Performance Measurement & Data-Driven Culture
    • Define relevant KPIs (operational and financial) per activity and business unit.
    • Support the deployment of measurement tools and reporting systems.
    • Structure and share performance data with leadership and management teams.
    • Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes.

Profile & Skills

    • Proven experience (3-5 years) in Operations, Process Improvement, or Business Performance roles including digital solutions (SaaS/Cloud) implementation
    • Hands-on knowledge of process mapping, process optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
    • Experience with performance measurement, KPI definition, and reporting tools.
    • Ability to identify automation opportunities and evaluate offshoring potential.
    • Curious, proactive, and pragmatic with strong influencing skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Marketing acumen, with an ability to align operational initiatives with broader business and customer strategies.
    • Digital mindest, innovation enthusiast, actively promoting a culture of continuous improvement and creativity.
    • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
    • Comfortable working in environments with low data maturity and capable of driving cultural change toward data-driven decision-making.
    • Solid understanding of media assets production workflows and consulting background are assets.
