Key Responsibilities: 

• Keep track of the market transitions, campaign operations, deliverables and governance matters. 

• Help filter the requests from all stakeholders, knowing who can best assist. 

• Support local Havas markets in their transition to Global ways of working: ensure that they are applying global mandates to onboard the local client, as well as tracking weekly market updates for new media campaigns.  

• Assist in liaison between Havas local teams and Global Havas teams to ensure a timely, accurate, and consistent campaign execution and reporting. 

• Support the administration of biddable platforms to help local Havas teams and central traders with setup, structure, access and maintenance 

• Follow up with central traders and local markets on the campaign troubleshoot and inform the stakeholders. 

Candidate Profile:  

• Available for 6 months starting January 2026

• Minimum Education Level: Higher Education (Bac+5, from a business school or university), specialising in marketing, digital marketing, business or similar fields. 

• Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 2nd internship of gap year (césure) or end-of-study internship 

• Basic understanding of omnichannel media, with some understanding of digital and offline media platforms 

• Ability to coordinate teams across different time zones and operate in a cross-functional team. 

• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Other languages are a plus, Italian would be particularly beneficial.

• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills, comfortable communicating with different levels of seniority and large groups.  

• Comfortable with reporting tools across MS Office and Google toolkit.  

• A team player, passionate about client excellence, and delivering operational rigor in a fast-paced international environment.
