Key Responsibilities:
Keep track of the market transitions, campaign operations, deliverables and governance matters.
Help filter the requests from all stakeholders, knowing who can best assist.
Support local Havas markets in their transition to Global ways of working: ensure that they are applying global mandates to onboard the local client, as well as tracking weekly market updates for new media campaigns.
Assist in liaison between Havas local teams and Global Havas teams to ensure a timely, accurate, and consistent campaign execution and reporting.
Support the administration of biddable platforms to help local Havas teams and central traders with setup, structure, access and maintenance
Follow up with central traders and local markets on the campaign troubleshoot and inform the stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
Available for 6 months starting January 2026
Minimum Education Level: Higher Education (Bac+5, from a business school or university), specialising in marketing, digital marketing, business or similar fields.
Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 2nd internship of gap year (césure) or end-of-study internship
Basic understanding of omnichannel media, with some understanding of digital and offline media platforms
Ability to coordinate teams across different time zones and operate in a cross-functional team.
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Other languages are a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills, comfortable communicating with different levels of seniority and large groups.
Comfortable with reporting tools across MS Office and Google toolkit.
