Who we are?

HarfangLab is a cybersecurity scale-up that has developed an EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) software, designed to prevent, detect and neutralize attacks targeting workstations and servers. In 2024, our solution has incorporated EPP (Endpoint Protection Platform) capabilities and monitoring tools to simplify IT infrastructure audits.

Since our founding in 2018, HarfangLab's technology has earned widespread recognition, winning prestigious awards and achieving the distinction of being the first ANSSI-certified EDR in 2020, followed by becoming the first to receive ANSSI qualification in 2025.

We have raised a total of €30 millions, enabling us to strengthen our teams and expand internationally across Europe. In just three years, HarfangLab’s workforce has nearly tripled, with the majority of its team members coming from technical backgrounds and dedicating themselves to R&D and continuous product enhancement.

Today, HarfangLab protects the endpoints of several hundred clients of all shapes and sizes, from CAC 40 corporations and government agencies to SMEs, hospitals, and local councils.

To accelerate our growth in the Benelux region, adapt our go-to-market strategy, and strengthen HarfangLab’s presence outside France as we expand internationally.

What will you do with us?

As a Sales Development Representative Benelux, your role will be to promote and sell HarfangLab’s cybersecurity solutions across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
You will contribute to generating qualified pipeline, opening new accounts, and supporting the regional sales strategy.

Your missions will include:

  • Detecting, qualifying, and tracking opportunities within the Benelux market,
  • Mapping target accounts and prospecting new clients (phone, email, LinkedIn, events…),
  • Leveraging inbound leads from Marketing and converting them into business opportunities,
  • Opening new accounts and identifying key stakeholders,
  • Managing the first stages of the sales cycle, with the opportunity to grow toward full-cycle sales if you demonstrate motivation and performance,
  • Working closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure smooth collaboration on each deal,
  • Creating and maintaining account plans with the Account Executive Benelux,
  • Participating in events, trade shows, and cybersecurity meetups in the region.

The position can be based in Paris or Belgium.

About you

Hard Skills
  • You have a first successful experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Developer, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS, but other industries are welcome,
  • You are bilingual Dutch / French, and comfortable working in English,
  • You enjoy opening new accounts and are developing your negotiation and discovery skills,
  • You are creative and proactive in reaching prospects through multiple channels (phone, social selling, email, events…),
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills.

  • You are known for your empathy, humility, reliability, and strong work ethic,
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to collective success,
  • You are autonomous, motivated, and eager to learn,
