As we enter a phase of strong growth, we are looking for a Head of Publisher to:
Lead the partnership strategy with publishers
Maximize the integration and certification of the Happydemics solution on the supply side
Create a dedicated data offering for publishers
Responsibilities
In close collaboration with the Trading, Sales, Product, and Tech teams, your main responsibilities will be:
Certification & Partnerships
Identify and implement data-sharing solutions with key CTV and Audio publishers, and explore privacy-compliant measurement partnerships with major walled garden platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, YouTube, Amazon), where direct pixel integration is restricted
Establish and grow strategic partnerships with publishers to increase adoption of our solution
Identify environments where direct pixel implementation is not feasible and propose alternatives (server-to-server, clean rooms, third-party integrations)
Stay up-to-date with the landscape of universal ID solutions (e.g., UID2, RampID, ID5, First ID…) and collaborate with internal teams to ensure interoperability and measurement capabilities in cookie-constrained environments
Collaborate with technical and legal teams to structure data exchanges in compliance with regulations (GDPR, CCPA, TCF, GPP…)
Participate in drafting contractual clauses governing data flows
Qualification Inventory
Lead the Qualification Inventory project:
Identify partner clients for the testing phase
Define a clear, viable, and scalable business model with the Finance, Sales, and Product teams
Coordinate Product, Sales, and Tech teams to support the global launch of the solution, including its dynamic components (e.g., DCO API)
Define scoring and media qualification criteria
This project is the foundation of a broader initiative: the native integration of our technology within prebid environments, a strategic milestone for Happydemics in the medium term.
Profile
At least 5 years of experience in the programmatic, SSP, or data tech ecosystem
Strong network among premium CTV / Audio / In-app publishers and walled gardens (Meta, Amazon, YouTube…)
Deep understanding of data, privacy, ID solutions, and advertising measurement
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects (legal, technical)
Strong skills in business development,Strong skills in business development, adtech, and digital data exploitation (privacy compliance, advertising use cases, ID frameworks), and adtech
