The position

Job description

We’re looking for a UX Researcher / Content Designer to join our Design team!

You’ll play a key role in helping us better understand our users, identify frictions, and craft clear, useful interfaces. From running user research to writing microcopy, you’ll work closely with product designers, PMs and developers to shape an experience that’s truly user-centered and data-informed.

UX Research

  • Design and lead user research protocols: user interviews, usability tests, shadowing, surveys, etc.

  • Analyze product usage data using tools like Mixpanel, Metabase, etc. to identify pain points, drop-offs, and areas for optimization.

  • Combine quantitative and qualitative insights to deliver actionable recommendations.

  • Identify user needs, expectations, and frictions (brands, agencies, etc.).

  • Share learnings with the product team through personas, journey maps, and other formats to inform roadmap decisions.

  • Support Product Designers with a user-centered, data-informed perspective across initiatives.

UX Writing / Content Strategy

  • Own the creation of clear, concise, and helpful product content: labels, titles, descriptions, onboarding messages, error messages, etc.

  • Ensure the Happydemics tone of voice is consistent across the product, in collaboration with Brand and Design teams.

  • Build and maintain a Content Design System (writing guidelines, terminology, reusable microcopy).

  • Work closely with developers and designers to integrate copy at the right stage of the product development process.


Preferred experience

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in UX Research, UX Writing, or Content Design, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and able to adapt them to business needs.

  • Excellent synthesis and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Able to advocate for your ideas while fostering collaboration.

  • Solid product culture and understanding of UX/UI principles

  • Fluent in english
