The position

Job description

As the CEO’s right-hand intern for Europe, you’ll be at the center of a fast-paced entrepreneurial journey. You’ll support the founder/CEO directly across strategic and operational topics. This is a high-exposure, high-impact role that touches every part of the business—from strategy to on-the-ground execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic planning & performance monitoring (KPIs, dashboards, benchmarks, business plans)

  • Coordination of key cross-functional projects: site openings, product adaptations, partnerships

  • Kick start of key functions: e;g B2B sales

  • Preparation of investor and stakeholder updates and business reporting documents

  • Market research, competitive intelligence, and international benchmarking

Preferred experience

  • End-of-studies or gap-year student (top business/engineering/political science school)

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint / Notion

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on, resourceful, solution-oriented

  • Fluent in English, French and Spanish (mandatory)

  • Passionate about consumer experiences, immersive entertainment, and building things from scratch
