We are looking for a talented Global Head of Content & Communications (m/f/d) to join our mission at EGYM Wellpass and shape the way our brand communicates worldwide. In this role, you will define and lead a unified global content and communication strategy while taking into account market-specific needs. You’ll ensure brand consistency across all markets and functions, aligning local initiatives with global objectives.

Working closely with country leads and our global design team, you will drive content and communication initiatives that make our brand shine at every touchpoint internally and externally across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Development:

  • Be accountable for a cohesive global positioning and narrative

  • Responsible for the Management and Execution of Content and Communication Strategy across countries in collaboration with Country Leads

  • Translate data and insights into actionable strategic content & communication projects

  • Influence and align design strategy globally

Brand Management & Communication:

  • Ensure the Wellpass brand is consistently represented across all products, touchpoints, and communications

  • Develop initiatives that build and maintain brand awareness and consistency across regions

  • Ensure support to regional leads for localized adaptions to the global strategy

Collaboration & Alignment:

  • Align regional and global market goals, ensuring seamless integration and communication.

  • Create structures and frameworks that promote brand consistency and clarity in goals (both local and global).

  • Promote collaboration and information sharing across teams to enhance strategic execution.

Leadership & Reporting:

  • Lead and manage a global team with direct reports from multiple regions as well as a Design Leader

  • Establish clear KPIs for brand and communication performance

Operational Execution:

  • Equip the team with the right tools, methods, and strategic direction to boost execution.

  • Resolve conflicts arising in execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Build consensus across teams and departments to enable swift decision-making

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Provide transparency on capacities and resource planning for management

  • Respond to strategic project demands from management level

  • Communicate the value and impact of brand and communication initiatives across the company

  • Be the interface to the EGYM group Brand team to ensure the needs of the Wellpass business unit are properly represented and the execution on the Wellpass side match the group’s brand strategy


Preferred experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in content, communications, or marketing leadership roles, ideally with global responsibility.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute global content and communication strategies.

  • Strong leadership and people management experience, including cross-regional teams.

  • Experience working across B2B industries with international scope.

  • Ability to shape a cohesive global brand narrative while adapting to local markets.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Experience ensuring consistency in positioning, messaging, and design across touchpoints.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives.

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.

  • Cultural sensitivity and proven ability to collaborate across different markets and geographies.
