We are looking for a Junior Process Engineer (m/w/d) to join our team in Santo Tirso, Portugal.

Your missions will be:

  • Defining, proposing, and approving aerospace manufacturing and assembly processes in accordance with Airbus standards
  • Acting in a role comparable to a Manufacturing MAP Manager within an aerospace environment
  • Developing, maintaining, and validating Manufacturing Assembly Processes (MAP) for aerospace products
  • Creating, justifying, and managing HNC (concessions) in compliance with aerospace quality requirements
  • Ensuring process compliance with aerospace certification, quality, and safety standards
  • Supporting aerospace production, industrialization, and continuous improvement activities
  • Coordinating with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust aerospace process implementation

Requirements

About you:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aerospace industry
  • Solid knowledge of Airbus aerospace processes, standards, and ways of working
  • Proven experience with MAP, QCM, NC management, and concessions (HNC) in aerospace
  • Ability to take technical decisions related to aerospace manufacturing and assembly processes
  • Fluent in English (Mandatory); Portuguese is a strong plus
