In unison with the CEO, you will carve out and execute the sales strategy for the U.S. market.
Engage, lead, and invigorate a sales force spread across various states, instilling a culture of success and goal attainment.
Scout and capitalize on market opportunities, steering the company towards substantial growth.
Commit to and deliver on set sales targets, propelling both top-line and bottom-line growth.
Sustain a transparent communication channel, providing comprehensive reports encompassing training, team management, strategic insights, and leadership to the CEO and other stakeholders.
Experience and Skills Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years sales and business development expertise
Forecasting & budget management experience
Personnel management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of the food industry and/or manufacturing sector
Experience working independently, self-motivated
Excellent oral, analytical, written, and group presentation communication skills
Strong organizational & planning skills
Superb time management skills
