You will be involved in selecting tools, designing marketing strategies, defining our offer, and more.
You may also facilitate legal and banking queries with our partners and assist in office location selection.
Management and administration
Full P&L responsibility for the business (you will have the autonomy to make decisions to drive business growth and profitability).
Manage a high-performing sales team, set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to help individuals reach their goals.
Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports to analyse sales performance.
Ensure that the sales team adheres to best practices and delivers exceptional customer service.
Business Development
Manage and develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers by building a strong customer relationship to ensure that customers’ needs are recognised and met.
Maintain a constant dialogue with clients to understand and manage the evolution of their needs in terms of recruitment.
Negotiate contracts with your clients and hunt new customers to ensure the growth of your client portfolio.
Identify new markets and develop strategies to expand our business into those markets.
Recruitment
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
Conduct telephone and physical interviews, and creating reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and ensure the interview experience clearly explains the job being offered.
Write and distribute job offers through our different channels.
Act as a coach for your candidates by accompanying and supporting them in their projects.

What are we looking for ?
An ambitious person who will create the future British Executive Committee
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment in United Kingdom
Ability to manage and federate teams with kindness and leadership
Fluent English and ideally good knowledge of French
Strong management skills, ideally with a background in human resources or business
