The position

Job description

Artist Coaching Intern

Your mission will be to support, engage, and ensure the satisfaction of the Groover artist community, including Groover+ members and Groover Club members.

You will work closely with Romain (CEO) and Chrystelle (Head of Artist Development) to help deliver high-quality coaching and career development services for independent artists.

Your role will combine artist support, community engagement, and content creation to help artists grow their careers while ensuring a great experience within the Groover ecosystem.

Missions

Deliver direct value to artists:

  • Ensure responsiveness and provide tailored career advice through the coaching hotline.

  • Deliver social media and online presence analyses, both written and video-based, to help artists grow their audience and engagement.

  • Create impactful social content ideas to support upcoming releases.

  • Monitor coaching sessions sold to ensure high-quality support and proper delivery for all members.

  • Support the planning and promotion of monthly webinars.

  • Share weekly tips and tools for artists on the community platform and convert them into blog articles.

Ensure artist satisfaction

  • Gather and analyze artist feedback to continuously improve the Club and community experience.

  • Conduct quick coaching check-ins to ensure artists stay aligned with their goals and progress.

  • Conduct end-of-course assessments for Groover Club members and support subscription reactivation efforts.

Animate and engage the artist community

  • Foster connections between artists and encourage interactions within the community.

  • Provide constructive feedback on artists’ demos and tracks to help them refine their music.

  • Support artists by responding to posts and questions on the networking platform.

  • Comfortable interacting with artists.

  • Passion for music and supporting artists’ careers

  • Understanding of artist career development.

  • Experience helping artists make informed strategic decisions.

  • Clear understanding of how to present value to customers.

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Rigorous, disciplined, and results-oriented.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Airtable.

  • Familiarity with No-Code tools (Notion, etc.).
