Our journey began in 2019 with Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud as our founders. Today we are a global leader in carbon accounting , we’re B-corp certified and a recognised member of the French Tech 120.

Our innovative climate suite combines smart data collection with advanced features making it possible for our clients to measure precisely, actively reduce, and report efficiently on their progress. On top of that, our clients receive dedicated guidance from our Climate Experts throughout their journey.

We are a team of 250 people from 38 nationalities based in Paris, London, Barcelona and New York, which allows us to strengthen our international presence.

We support over 3,000 companies across more than 20 countries to measure their carbon footprint (through carbon assessment and life cycle analyses), reduce their emissions (SBTi trajectory and action plan quantification), and comply with new regulations (CSRD, CBAM, ISSB).

Today, our impact is measured in tons of carbon under management, with over 200 million tons of CO2 tracked through our platform.

Our next milestone : serving 10,000 clients and managing one billion tons of CO2 to make carbon management as essential as financial management.

As part of the product team, you'll be part of a team of 40+ highly talented individuals all of whom share a common interest in sustainability and the mission of enhancing our product to better guide our clients towards carbon efficiency and a more sustainable way of operating. 

Throughout this internship, our product design team will guide you closely, helping you level up your design and product expertise.

🌱 About the role 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, sharp and curious apprentice who's excited to learn how to design real products and contribute to meaningful features used by thousands of businesses.

At Greenly, great product design comes from understanding problems deeply, creating simple and intuitive solutions, and aligning teams quickly.

As an apprentice, you’ll join our design team to build clear, user-friendly experiences while learning hands-on about SaaS product design at scale.

🌱  Your mission

You will work closely with product managers and developers to:

• Design user flows and interfaces that are seamless and intuitive for non-experts
• Collaborate with tech to ensure designs are implemented correctly
• Help improve usability based on user feedback and internal reviews
• Learn how to frame problems, identify user needs, and craft simple solutions

🌱 Skills and competencies to succeed

• Good UX/UI skills and the ability to create clear, well-structured pages. Please share a portfolio showcasing your past projects (student, professional or personal)
• Comfortable using Figma
• Understanding the basics of user flows and interaction design
• Solid communication and collaboration skills (both written and spoken, in english)
• An eagerness to learn, understanding the value of feedback, and an ability to work autonomously. 
• Organisation and ownership are important, as well as an ability to report effectively. 

• Are familiar with design systems, tokens, and accessibility principles
• Are curious about SaaS products and want to work on real-world business tools
• Care about creating interfaces that make complex topics simple and accessible
  
• Have an interest in sustainability topics

This is a learning experience and we require candidates to be enrolled in an educational program in France. 
The role is open to either an apprenticeship or an end-of studies internship contract.
