General Purpose 🌱

Product Builders use a software development approach that requires little to no coding to build applications and processes. Instead of using complex programming languages, Product Builders employ visual interfaces with basic logic and drag-and-drop capabilities in a low-code development platform. We call Product Builders a hybrid role at the crossroads of engineering, product and design. 🛠️

Your main tasks and responsibilities

• Ship climate solutions fast by leveraging low-code tools (mainly Retool, Make & Webflow) & your programming skills

• Maintain already shipped solutions 👍

• Iterate quickly to find product market fit

• Interview our clients and identify their needs

• Collaborate with other Product Builders to grow as a team 💚

• Collaborate with other teams to keep everyone aligned

You are the candidate we are looking for:

• You have a Bac+5 in an Engineering major

• Entrepreneurial mindset and/or experience

• Strong skills in Python or Javascript. Other programming languages are a plus 💻

• Strong interest or experience in Product Management and Product Design

• Strong desire to learn how to build products using low-code solutions (mainly Retool, Make & Webflow)

• Attracted by efficiency, optimization & continuous improvement 📊

• Aware of and interested by environmental issues, basic carbon accounting knowledge and/or eager to learn more

• French & English fluency
