🌱  About the team 

You’ll join Greenly’s Delivery organisation — a fast-moving team of Climate Experts and Onboarding Managers who bring carbon accounting to life for thousands of companies. This is where the real action happens: translating methodology into impact, helping clients navigate their climate strategy, and turning complexity into clarity. 🤝

The Standard Delivery perimeter is the engine that powers most of Greenly’s customer journeys. These projects combine structured workflows, product support, and a strong ambition for scale. It’s a space where you’ll balance operational excellence, team energy, and continuous improvement, helping us serve more clients every month while preserving quality, momentum, and motivation. 🚀

🌱 About the role 

We’re looking for a Manager for Standard Delivery who will lead the teams working on Greenly’s standard deals and the industrialisation of our delivery. This means ensuring smooth onboarding, reliable delivery of carbon assessments, excellent customer experience, strong operational discipline, and the ability to drive processes to serve always more customers without exponentially growing the team.

This role is a blend of people leadership, delivery excellence, and close collaboration with Product to continuously industrialise how we deliver. The ideal profile is a strong all-rounder: structured, people-oriented, customer-oriented, and comfortable with climate and carbon accounting topics. 🌍

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the teams handling onboarding and standard GHG delivery (3 profiles: customer support, onboarding, and climate expects)

  • Maintain a reliable, predictable delivery engine with clear processes and high quality: every task must be fully processed and automated as much as possible

  • Improve workflows, documentation, tooling, and team rituals for better efficiency

  • Collaborate closely with Product to turn recurring delivery work into product features and automation (industrialisation mindset)

  • Monitor and improve key metrics: CSAT, NRR, gross margin, time-to-value, productivity, capacity

  • Create a caring and stable team environment, mindful of workload and well-being

  • Own the Statement of Work: a contractual document outlining all the steps of standard delivery for our customers

  • Work effectively with Sales, Delivery, and Product to ensure smooth handovers and delivery consistency across the customer journey

Objectives / Key Metrics:

  • Maximise gross margin: leverage the product, automations, and flawless processes to deliver more customers while maintaining costs under control

  • Maximise CSAT and Net Retention: ensure industrialisation doesn’t come at the cost of a six stars experience for all customers ⭐️

  • Drive the product roadmap to limit the number of hours spent by the delivery team on each task for each customer

Reporting line: COO or Head of Product (to be confirmed)

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in delivery, consulting, onboarding, or project operations

  • Excellent people leadership, team facilitation, and coaching abilities

  • Strong operational and organisational skills ✨

  • Comfortable with carbon accounting topics (not necessarily a deep expert yet)

  • Strong customer excellence reflexes and ability to anticipate client needs

  • Able to collaborate with Product teams and think in terms of scale, automation, and industrialisation 💚

  • Clear communicator, structured, calm under pressure, and able to bring clarity in busy periods

  • Comfortable working with engineering-minded profiles (analysts, climate experts, technical teams)

  • You are fluent in English and French 💬
