Greenly is on its way to becoming the #1 carbon management platform. We are a fast-growing company where new opportunities & challenges are commonplace. Joining us, you will be part of our Internal Operations team (7 people), which plays an important role in helping Greenly scale by managing data flows, building great low/no code tools & products, automating processes, and contributing to Greenly’s vision!

Your main tasks and responsibilities: ⚡️

Your exact activities will depend on the projects ongoing when joining us, but they will most likely contribute to the following:

  • Participate in ensuring scalability, time efficiency, ease, satisfaction, and quality of the other teams’ operations, mainly through building automation and internal tooling using low code tools such as Make and Retool.

  • Facilitate the creation of data visualizations for internal purposes, giving insights on decision-making and KPIs tracking.

  • Help our Climate Experts retrieve and process some of our customer’s data for carbon accounting (e.g. through APIs).

  • Build/improve parts of our client-facing product: the Greenly SaaS.

  • Technical support to other teams regarding tools, bugs, and spontaneous data requests (data exploration/manipulation, SQL queries, low/no code tools).


Preferred experience

You are the candidate we are looking for if you tick these boxes: 💪

  • Engineering background (or equivalent) with a taste for tech

  • French fluency, good speaking and understanding of English

  • Aware of and interested in environmental issues, basic carbon accounting knowledge, and/or eager to learn more

  • Good skills in Python & the Pandas library (and/or JavaScript), SQL, Excel

  • Interested in learning and experimenting with low code and automation tools such as Retool, and Make (previous experience is not mandatory)

  • Basic knowledge of applications structure (front-end/back-end), APIs & HTTP protocols

  • Fast learner to quickly build up expertise & skills

  • Attracted by efficiency, optimization & continuous improvement

  • Meticulous, well-organized, analytical-minded

  • Autonomous, dynamic, able to adapt and quickly switch between different tasks
