The position

Job description

As a Climate Strategy Expert, you will join our Climate Experts team to accompany our customers in their carbon reduction journey, and take part to the product and processes evolution.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Support clients through their climate strategy

  • Realize client’s carbon assessments: data collection & analysis, lead meetings, help clients to go through the platform, audit the output of our algorithm, etc.

  • Adapt to companies’ complexity and structure to deliver high value to demanding clients.

  • Propose action plans, climate roadmap or build SBTi assessments to help your clients meet their commitments

  • Push to our customers our wonderful features: employees climate training, suppliers engagement, etc.

  • Present your work to executive teams and C-level people.

Quickly, you will be responsible for a pool of customers, and follow them through their long term climate strategy.

Take part to the evolution of the product and processes

Greenly stands out from competition thanks to its platform, that automates a part of the analysis and empower its users, but also thanks to its processes to expand carbon accounting to all kinds of companies. Your proximity to clients and technical expertise will be key for the evolution of the product and processes. Your inputs will be very valued for the evolution of the platform.

Improve the expertise of Greenly in climate strategy

  • Develop a sectorial expertise (digital industry, construction, retail, services, etc.)

  • Develop your skills in climate strategy topics : climate goals, regulation, suppliers engagement, employees training, etc.

  • Improve Greenly’s databases and climate/energy knowledge


Preferred experience

You are the candidate we are looking for if you tick these boxes:

  • Master degree in engineering, technical studies, business school or any other relevant high-degree studies.

  • 1-2 years of experience

  • Motivated by an ambitious company, willing to become a worldwide market leader in a competitive environment.

  • Strong curiosity in climate-energies issues, really motivated to work for an impactful job

  • Motivated by learning and understanding carbon footprint’s mechanics

  • Ability to work autonomously with a good team spirit

  • Analytic and problem-solving state-of-mind

  • Fast learner to quickly build up expertise & skills

  • Comfortabe working in an agile environment and understand benefits in a fast-paced iterative environment.

  • Excel/Python/SQL or other database experience are appreciated

  • Fluent in French and strong skills in English, another language is a plus.

  • You feel at home in a start-up and fast-paced environment
