What You Will Do: 🛠️

• Send invoices to our customers 📩

• Match payments with bank statements 🔍

• Keep track of client payment schedules 💼

• Manage and pay supplier invoices (and make sure they match our bank records) 🧾

• Find any missing supplier bills 🕵️

• Help with our monthly book closings (both customer and supplier side) 📅

• Lead special accounting projects 🚀

• Team up with other departments to ensure we’re all on the same page 🤝

• Have had a first experience in an accounting service (in a startup environment is a plus 🚀)

• Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion (DCG) or Accounting College Diploma or equivalences (bac +3)

• Entrepreneurial mindset and/or experience 💡

• Project management skills to expand the financial service 📈

• A great desire to work on a diverse array of subjects 🌐
