What You’ll Do
The Commercial Onboarding Partner Managers role is focused on onboarding and managing commercial agency partners within the first 90 days (smaller eCommerce agencies, consultants, and eCommerce experts) with the goal of generating leads from these partners. You will own:

  • Manage and onboard new longtail partners for the first 90 days with the goal of driving leads
  • Revenue generated by your commercial agency partners
  • Acquisition of new commercial agency partners to fuel the agency channel growth
  • Implement and deploy our Partner Program to hundreds of partners worldwide
  • Help partners grow their business at scale through a leading rev share, lead sharing, partner enablement, and co-marketing
  • Create new program elements, processes, and documents to enable our partners to become ambassadors of the Gorgias software
  • Collaborate with the broader partner team to improve partner activation and retention
  • Constantly optimize the sales pipeline, by leveraging data at each step of the process
  • Become a thought leader about all things eCommerce

Preferred experience

  • Growth mindset: Revenue is your north star metric, you’re focusing on driving new experiments and optimizing current ones to maintain fast growth.
  • Experience in sales and partnerships

  • Strong copywriting skills. You’re able to understand our audience’s needs and create an impactful copy.
  • Very Tech Savvy, and comfortable setting up new tools and working with an operations team.
