As a Founder Associate / CEO’s Right Hand, you’ll work directly with the CEO on the company’s most strategic and operational topics. This is a generalist, high-exposure role designed for someone who wants to deeply understand how an early-stage tech company is built and scaled.

You’ll be involved across strategy, operations, business development, market research and internal execution. No two weeks will look the same.

Must-haves

• Top academic background (business, engineering, economics, or similar)

• Fluent in English (French is a plus, not mandatory)

• Previous experience in startups, consulting, VC, or strategy roles

• Strong interest in tech, robotics, or AI

• Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities

• Ability to switch between high-level thinking and hands-on execution
