You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market, owning content that directly supports developer adoption and product usage. The role is based in France.
Take end-to-end ownership of Gladia’s content strategy: roadmap, production, distribution, and measurement
Create, developer-first and enterprise content across multiple formats: blog posts, integration guides, advanced use-case deep dives, checklists, guides, ebooks, social media posts, decks, and video scripts
Write the vast majority of marketing collateral yourself, occasionally collaborating with subject matter experts for specific pieces
Turn complex product features into clear, actionable customer value
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and engineering to support launches with relevant content
Own the content calendar and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality content across formats and audiences
Shape and maintain Gladia’s voice and tone, in partnership with the marketing lead
Plan content distribution from day one: work with growth to drive traffic, repurpose content across channels, and update existing content for SEO and conversion
Measure content performance and prioritize the roadmap based on brand impact, traffic, and developer conversions

Must-have
5+ years of experience in content marketing, developer marketing, or technical content roles
Background in B2B SaaS, API products, infrastructure, or developer tools (ideally centered around GenAI/LLMS)
Proven ability to create content for a highly technical developer audience
Strong understanding of AI products, engineer workflows and API/SDK-driven products
Experience owning a content roadmap and managing production end-to-end
Nice-to-have
Basic coding skills (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
Experience with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Semrush, GSC, product analytics)
Interest in or experience with Developer Relations (DevRel)

The compensation offered is based on seniority and experience and would typically range from €60k to €70k in base salary for roles based in France + BSPCE
Full remote policy with team gathering in Paris every 1.5 months or work from our amazing offices & rooftop in the heart of Paris (Sentier)
