Giskard defends the vision of a Responsible AI that serves the economic performance of companies while respecting the rights of citizens. To embody this mission, Giskard enables AI professionals (Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers) to evaluate & test the quality of ML models.

Co-founded by 2 ex-Dataiku engineers and 1 researcher in AI Ethics, we are leveraging our deep experience in AI to build the first collaborative & open-source Quality Assurance platform for all AI models.

We call our platform the "Three-point Safety Belt" for AI models! 🚗

1. Open-source ML Testing library to help Data Scientists detect vulnerabilities & biases in ML models, automatically.

2. Collaborative AI Quality Hub to help ML Engineers test, debug & explain AI models visually

3. LLMon to monitor Large Language Models (LLM) applications to detect hallucinations & issues in real time.

Track record

In 2022, we raised our first round of 1.5 million euros, led by Elaia, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners and notable angel investors including the CTO of Hugging Face. To read more about this fundraising and how it will accelerate our growth, you can read our announcement.

Your role

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in helping to drive the growth and success of our early-stage startup. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to prospects mostly via email and LinkedIn, to engage with our future customers
  • Conduct research on target accounts and industry trends to tailor your messaging
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads to maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Qualify and prioritize inbound leads from marketing campaigns and events
  • Document all interactions and relevant information in our CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads
  • Continuously learn about our products to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to continuously improve the sales process
  • Regularly update management on progress and challenges
  • At the end, develop creative strategies to target decision-makers and overcome objections in order to book sales appointments

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an BDR or SDR, in a tech company, with quota carrying position. Big plus if you've already been involved in a company selling an AI product
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and French, both written and verbal
  • Creative mindset to stand out from the crowd in your prospection activities, using personalisation outbound techniques such as social selling or video messages
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, who is a coachable sales professional
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and ideally a lead intelligence tools

Salary: fixed salary between 35 000 € and 45 000 € / year (gross) + commission plan
