Customer Success Team

The Customer Relations team is part of the Operations department and plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction. They support Gireve’s partners on a daily basis by handling onboarding, resolving issues, and providing clear guidance on using the platform and services. Acting as a link between clients and internal teams, they help identify needs, escalate technical matters, and contribute to continuous improvement. Their goal is to deliver responsive, reliable, and high-quality support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all users of Gireve’s solutions.

Mialy has been with Gireve since 2018 and now leads the Customer Success team. Her role involves coordinating the team’s activities, supporting day-to-day operations, and helping manage complex situations such as client crises or strategic projects. Known for her collaborative spirit and calm leadership, she fosters a culture of trust, learning, and open communication. Her team’s diversity, energy, and sense of humor are what motivate her every day.

As a Customer Success Manager, Christian plays a key role in supporting Gireve’s partners beyond the initial onboarding phase. Acting as a main point of contact, he works closely with clients to ensure a smooth and valuable experience. His role is cross-functional, involving collaboration with multiple teams to resolve issues, bring client feedback to the Product team, and improve internal processes.

Jean-Marc Rive is the CTO of Gireve, leading the company’s technological vision since 2013. Gireve’s tech focuses on three key areas: a highly available and scalable roaming platform; user interface systems; and a data science platform to analyze millions of charging data points. The company prioritizes security and scalability as charging infrastructure usage doubles annually. The team values cutting-edge challenges and a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture.

Meet Aldjia, Platform & Reliability Engineer

Aldjia has been with Gireve for nearly five years, including a first year as an apprentice. She focuses on automating and securing the platform infrastructure, collaborating closely with Dev and Data teams to ensure smooth and secure deployments. Her responsibilities include managing infrastructure and overseeing monitoring. Aldjia has developed strong expertise in GCP, Terraform, and GitLab, along with skills in incident management and cross-team collaboration. One of her key achievements is automating deployment pipelines, significantly improving speed, safety, and efficiency.

Rencontrez Nicolas, Data Analyst

Experienced in crafting reporting tools for the mobility industry, Nicolas began his journey at Gireve in 2018, where he worked on improving the referencing of charging points' static data within the company's data repository. Currently, Nicolas is part of the Hypervision team, where he contributes to the creation of data visualizations and reports essential for extracting actionable insights and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
