As a Customer Support Professional, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers whenever they might have a question in need of a quick answer!
You will be empathizing with their needs from a user-centric perspective where your responsibilities will be everything from helping them navigate correctly in the platform, to answering questions related to licenses or going to the bottom and trying to solve a technical issue.
