The position

Job description

As a member of the Gameloft in-house Creative Agency, the Video Artist will report to the Creative Agency Lead while producing exciting video content for the Marketing and User Acquisition Teams.The main responsibility will be to create top class trailers and performing video ads specifically designed for different performance channels such as Meta, Google AdWords, TikTok, YouTube, among others.You’ll be producing videos for our cross-platform racing games, each with its own unique visual and communication style, while always keeping in mind that the ultimate goal is to engage users and drive their direct response to generate game downloads.

What You Will Do:• Develop and execute high-end video content for our Marketing and UA efforts and that will make our games succeed;• Capture exciting in-game gameplay and cinematic footage using our in-house 3D game engine;• Take full ownership of the video production cycle (storyboard, capture, editing, motion, …), from concept to final delivery;• Execute clients (lead / internal teams / licensor) revisions on spec and on time;• Learn and apply artistic / IP / licensing guidelines;• Adapt videos into various multiple formats and exports of all types;• Participate to meetings/brainstorming and constantly bring new creative ideas;• Stay on top of current trends for gaming and advertising.


Preferred experience

Requirements:• An online portfolio and/or demo reel is required and must be included with the application;• You are creative!• A strong willingness to learn about 3D game engine content manipulation;• Fully proficient with motion design, video editing and video content creation;• Extensive experience with video editing, motion graphics and graphic design in videos using Adobe suites such as Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop;• Ability to independently follow a creative brief through the full production cycle, from asset preparation to final delivery;• Ability to work on multiple tasks with overlapping deadlines in a fast-paced environment;• Great artistic sensibilities, detail oriented, curious, willing to innovate and explore constantly;• You’re fluent in English and possess strong communication skills;• You are passionate about games;

BONUS POINTS:• Previous experience working as a Cinematic Artist• Previous experience working in a creative team in a video games studio;• Previous experience in 3D application (3dsmax, Unreal Engine, Blender, Unity, etc);
