To strengthen our R&D capabilities, we are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (Java/React) to join one of our agile squads in Boulogne-Billancourt.

🔍 About the Role
This position involves approximately 70% frontend and 30% backend development. You will contribute significantly to evolving our user interface and experience while supporting backend functionality.

💻 What You Will Do
As a senior developer, you will:

• Work across the full stack—backend (Java 17, Spring Boot) and frontend (React)—to build scalable, performant solutions.
• Take part in all stages of software development: functional and technical analysis, estimates, coding, automated testing, peer reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Tackle both business and technical challenges:
  • Complex configuration and data visualization for supply chain users
  • High-volume data processing and performance optimization
  • Frontend modernization, including migration of components to React.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QAs, product managers, designers, architects, and international colleagues in China.
• Help shape technical direction and propose pragmatic solutions to architectural and business problems.

👀 Who We are Looking For

• Experienced: A minimum of 6–8 years as a software developer, with strong backend expertise and solid front-end fundamentals
• Tech-savvy: You write clean, testable code and have experience with microservices and cloud-based deployment
• Frontend-focused: Strong knowledge of TypeScript frameworks and JavaScript, with significant hands-on experience in React development
• Critical thinker: You don’t just build what’s asked; you challenge assumptions and propose better ways
• Collaborative: You enjoy teamwork, sharing knowledge, and giving/receiving feedback
• Communicative: Comfortable working in English within a distributed, multicultural team
• Educated: Degree in engineering, computer science, or applied mathematics
