Job description

Location: Austin, Texas (USA)

The Role

You will be the first U.S.-based marketing hire, owning regional demand generation, localization of messaging, and GTM alignment with Sales. You'll play a critical role in building brand awareness from the ground up, helping us position our newly rebranded offering in a competitive and unfamiliar market.

Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy Execution: Implement and localize the U.S. go-to-market plan in alignment with Sales and Product Marketing.
  • Brand Launch: Translate the rebranded messaging into impactful U.S.-focused campaigns, driving awareness in target verticals.
  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, events, content, and ABM to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Content & Messaging: Localize European brand and product messaging for the U.S. buyer mindset; oversee content creation with relevance to the U.S. market.
  • Channel & Partner Marketing: Support local channel partnerships and co-marketing initiatives to amplify reach.
  • Event Strategy: Identify and manage U.S.-based events, trade shows, and field marketing opportunities to build brand presence.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and European HQ to ensure GTM alignment and share market feedback.
  • Performance Tracking: Own regional marketing KPIs and ROI, adjusting tactics based on insights and data.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally with GTM ownership in a new market launch context.
  • Proven success in demand generation, digital marketing, and event execution in North America.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. buyer behavior, enterprise/B2B sales cycles, and regional market dynamics.
  • Experience working with cross-cultural, international teams and adapting messaging across geographies.
  • A builder mentality: excited to operate in a startup-like environment with autonomy and initiative.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working for a European company expanding into the U.S.
  • Prior involvement in a brand launch.
