We’re looking for our Lead Compensation and Benefits to join our team and build the foundations of our global total rewards. This is an individual contributor role and we are looking for someone to bring their strategic expertise and help us build a structured approach of total rewards from base salary banding, long-term incentives plans and bring clarity and alignment to our OSA/BSPCE programs. You’ll play a critical role in our annual compensation cycle, working closely with HRBPs and senior leadership to help Flowdesk increase talent density, by designing competitive compensation strategies.
