As Head of Telesales, you will build and scale one of Flatpay’s key growth engines. You will lead and expand a high-performance telesales organization, transforming strong lead flow into revenue through short sales cycles, scalable processes, and outstanding team leadership.
Build and scale the Telesales organization
•Grow the existing team (~10 people) into a high-performing telesales organization of ~40 people
•Recruit, develop, and lead multiple Team Leaders managing their own teams
•Establish a scalable structure that supports rapid commercial growth
Drive commercial performance and conversion
•Define and manage KPIs tailored to high-velocity telesales environments
•Optimize sales processes and improve conversion across the full funnel
•Monitor performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Structure processes, tools, and team culture
•Implement strong training, onboarding, and leadership development programs
•Collaborate with Field Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align lead flows and customer journeys
•Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and ambition across the department
•You have strong experience leading telesales or inside sales teams in a high-volume sales environment
•You have successfully built and scaled multiple sales teams, ideally through Team Leaders
•You are comfortable with sales KPIs, short sales cycles, and scalable sales processes
•You are a hands-on leader who can build high-performing teams and a strong performance culture
• You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English (required); French proficiency is mandatory
