Fintecture revolutionizes instant bank transfer payments through open banking. Our solution complements the payment methods of our online and in-store merchants, particularly for amounts that may be limited by bank ceilings. Deployed in various purchase contexts, our solution has a very positive impact on the average basket of payers.

Operating in several European countries, Fintecture has more than 500,000 payers and 7,000 clients, including renowned companies such as Auchan, Decathlon, Adéo, Edenred, and CMA CGM. In 2023, Fintecture won the prestigious Fintech of the Year award from L’AGEFI!

To support our growth and satisfy our customers, we are looking for our next Technical Customer Support Engineer to join the Support team. This team plays a key role in assisting customers throughout their use of the solution, while providing technical insights and product improvement ideas. As a main point of contact for our customers, this team is a valuable source of information for the Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Tech teams 🚀

🎯Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-depth technical investigations into issues reported by customers or users.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot problems using Datadog, logs, code inspection and SQL databases.

  • Create and track tickets for issues reported by customers or users.

  • Create and manage support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution tracking.

  • Find suitable solutions based on the context and previously resolved tickets, selecting the right contacts.

  • Ensure ticket follow-up with our banking partners and internal teams.

  • Assist in the creation and updating of technical support materials and the Help Center (FAQ, demo videos, guides).

  • Gather and relay detailed customer and user feedback to relevant teams to continuously improve the solution.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction according to established KPIs.


Preferred experience

🏆 Required Skills :

  • Fluency in French and English. Spanish is a plus.

  • At least one significant experience in a customer service role and technical support.

  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret logs, use Datadog, and understand basic coding.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to finding solutions.

  • Autonomy, proactivity, and quick learning abilities.

  • Curiosity and attention to detail.

  • Interest in the banking sector and open banking solutions.

  • Write and execute SQL queries
