The tech vision is sumed up in 3 words : product, security and resiliency. We believe in creating efficient systems with our users in mind : no over-engineering, we go straight to the point! To deliver our promises, the stack must be highly resilient and secure, that's why we invest a lot of time in designing world-class architectures. We don't have a single tech team, all tech team members are part of a squad, dedicated to the same business objective. That means you'll work with all disciplines and be able to create tech where you can directly see the impact on our users.

Organisation et méthodologies

We value autonomy, responsibility and ownership. We believe in asynchronous communication and trusting people to organize their work. That means we have very few meetings (eg less than 3 hours a week for a developer) and we encourage deep work where you can cut notifications and focus on the task at hand. The methodology we use is ShapeUp, developed by Basecamp. A cycle of development is 1 month : 1 week of framing followed by 3 weeks of building. This way we have ample time to define precisely the features and then to build them.

Our reccuring meetings are :

  • Weekly kickoff on Monday
  • Demo Day on Friday
  • Open Stage on Friday (where a team member shares a passion or a topic that matters to them)
  • All Hands once a month
